Stetson Place is a complex of townhomes located in the Pembroke neighborhood of Danbury, CT. The community is adjacent to a charming mountainside and is composed of 70 townhomes featuring a variety of  5 floor plans. It’s all private property and there's no through traffic because it is a closed road. The location is private but not remote only being a block north of Danbury’s Main St. 

The community is equipped with a community clubhouse as well open to all residents with the following amenities ; banquet hall, kitchen, M/F bathrooms, gym and a private secluded pool. The townhomes themselves have all been recently finished within the last decade. Each home typically ranges between 1400 and 1700 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 

The homes offer 1-2 car garages, gas utilities, and  central air. It is a fairly new maintenance free community that's a 5 minute drive away from Exit 5 South on I-84. If you commute I-684 & Southeast New York train station is 15 minutes away. Route 7 South for commuters whose destinations include Norwalk & Stamford, is only 10 minutes away. A car is necessary because almost no errands can be completed on foot. 

It is possible for some homes to have some premium features including jacuzzi tubs, corian or granite countertops and tile floors. There are also some homes with gas fireplaces, security systems, large decks, porches beach rights and garage door openers. Some of the homes have sliding vinyl doors to their decks and tiled floors. 

Danbury boasts one of the most developed town centers in Fairfield county with no shortage of activities and things to do. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, public transportation, and shopping  all in reasonable distance of Pembroke making it a convenient location. There is also the Danbury Library, Ice Arena,  Danbury Mall and Movie Theatre.

The school system is very diverse and large. Families would begin their kids education at Pembroke Elementary school, then Broadview Middle School, and finally Danbury Highschool. Only a short drive down the road is Lower Pine Cove a part of Candlewood Lake and Danbury Town Park. Across the road from the park is Lakeview Deli and a pub. 

There is a very spacious living room and a home office. Some houses have hardwood flooring throughout the house, but the rest are carpeted.. Some of the homes have foyers, attics accessible by hatch, and laundry rooms. The kitchen has a pantry and partial bath.The kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge. Pets are allowed.

The Master bedrooms have natural light through large windows and feature walk in closets.. The other bedroom is very spacious with its own full bathroom as well. A number of the houses have upgraded kitchens with new appliances and modern cabinets. There’s a few houses with fireplaces in the living room. The basements are partially finished for the most part. The townhomes are three levels connected by stairs accessible by the front door and garage entrance.
